MEET CHRIS
Chris Bletzer, Principal at CBletzer Studio, brings a unique blend of fashion, mindfulness and design to the table. Formerly an executive at fashion magazines such as InStyle, Teen Vogue, and Details, Chris discovered his passion for interiors by crafting spaces for friends and family on nights and weekends.
After formal training in interior design at Parsons School of Design, he launched CBletzer Studio at the height of the Pandemic in Fall 2020.
Chris’ design philosophy revolves around a restrained maximalist aesthetic, characterized by bold use of color and spaces that feel collected over time. With each of his projects, he is committed to approachable design—creating spaces that are not only elegant but also comfortable, playful and never too precious.
In his free time Chris explores his passions including Decorative Arts, Buddhism, Yoga and Meditation.
